Grace started working within Estate Agency in 2000 for a well known North London agency, her focussed and driven character allowed her to progress quickly into a senior position. She moved into Recruitment in 2005 and has been successful in working with well-known and high profile Estate Agents ever since. In 2010, Grace co-founded PEAR Recruitment where her strong knowledge of the property sector, personable nature and impeccable sales skills have been key.
