Our client a very successful independent agency based is looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Manager.

Duties will include:
- Accomplished at winning new business and negotiating lettings contracts,
- Strong interpersonal skills to create a meaningful client relationship, exceptional sales ability to close business successfully
- Administration & property management
- You will focus on building and maintaining market share in a competitive environment
- We expect you to be fully conversant with acts appropriate to the lettings industry, including the housing act, consumer protection regulations 2008 and property ombudsman code of conduct.
Applicant’s skillset:
- Experienced in a busy, successful and recognised Lettings Agency
- Proven track record of success in negotiating lettings contracts.
- You will need to be able to work under pressure.
- Fully comprehend the letting process and the legislation that governs it.
- Proven background, preferable ARLA qualified.
- Proactive, organised, focused and accessible.
- An engaging and charismatic personality is essential,
- Provide exceptional service at every opportunity.
