Lettings Negotiator - Surbiton
Basic Salary £20,000 - £22,000 plus commission & Car Allowance
Monday – Thursday 8:45am – 6:30pm
Friday 8:45am – 6pm, every other Saturday 9am – 5pm
Our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work within their branch in the heart of Surbiton’s town centre. A leading agency within the area helping people buy and sell for over 100yrs.

About the Role:
- Promoting properties.
- Meeting with potential tenants, working out what their exact needs and requirements are and building rapport.
- Arranging and overseeing viewings of properties for potential tenants.
- Meeting with landlords and other parties involved in the rental.
- Dealing with clients and potential clients via email, telephone or in person
- Negotiating between property owners and potential tenants
- Arranging tenancy agreements.
- Keeping administrative systems up to date & adhering to all legal guidelines
- Meeting sales targets.
About you:
- Strong literacy, IT and numeracy skills
- Professional with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Great communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Flexibility & Reliability
- Honesty & Integrity
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- A positive, motivated approach to work
- The ability to manage well under pressure
- Full UK Driving licence and own vehicle.
