Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm

We are working with an established independent property business in East London that is looking to appoint an Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of its busy office.
This is a varied role suited to someone who is naturally organised, enjoys working in a customer-facing environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
You’ll become an important part of the team, providing administrative support across the business and helping ensure clients, properties and internal processes are managed efficiently.
The Role
Working closely with the wider team, you’ll be responsible for the administration that keeps the office operating effectively.
Your day will be varied, from handling calls and emails and coordinating appointments to updating property information, preparing documents and liaising with clients and external contacts.
You’ll need to be comfortable juggling different priorities, working to deadlines and using your initiative when something needs to be followed up.
For the successful applicants, this role will involve:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the sales and lettings team
- Answering incoming calls, emails and enquiries professionally
- Greeting clients and visitors and providing a welcoming first point of contact
- Maintaining accurate client, property and applicant records on the CRM system
- Preparing property particulars, brochures and marketing materials
- Arranging and confirming property viewings
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, landlords, tenants, solicitors and other third parties
- Managing diaries and coordinating appointments and viewings
- Assisting with the progression of sales from offer through to exchange and completion
- Chasing outstanding information and keeping relevant parties updated
- Maintaining organised electronic and physical filing systems
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate spreadsheets
- Ordering office and marketing supplies
- Supporting the wider team with general office administration
- Ensuring properties and client information are presented accurately and professionally
- Helping to maintain high levels of customer service throughout the property transaction
- Taking ownership of administrative tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
