Location - Buckhurst Hill
Salary - Basic £27,000 OTE £35,000
Hours - Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm, Sat 9am - 4pm (when working a Saturday you will have a day off in the week)
Licence and Own car required - Paid Milledge Scheme 

Our client is a well-established independent estate agency with a strong reputation across East London and West Essex. They are looking for an ambitious and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and successful office in Buckhurst Hill.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of an established business.

The Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in generating new business, matching applicants with suitable properties, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the lettings process.

While this position is primarily focused on lettings, our client is keen to speak with candidates who also have experience in residential sales, as the role offers the opportunity to support both departments when required.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• Developing the local Lettings Department


• Securing new instructions and growing market share


• Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships


• Ensuring compliance with lettings regulations and legislation


• Managing properties across a broad price spectrum, including prime markets 

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or Senior Negotiator


• Proven track record in winning instructions and growing business


• Strong leadership and team motivation skills


• Excellent communication and presentation abilities


• Local knowledge of East London and West Essex areas preferred


• ARLA qualification desirable but not essential
  Full UK driving licence and car required
