Basic Salary: £25,000 - OTE £40,000 + £100 for any new take on
Car allowance: £3000
5 day working week including Saturday’s
Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm & 9.30am-5pm Saturday 

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our client's successful office located on Wembley’s bustling high street. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous lettings experience who is looking to progress their career within a well-established and growing estate agency.

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy completion. You will conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, generate new business, and build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.  Part of the role will involve winning new instructions and developing lasting relationships with local landlords by providing exceptional customer service and expert market advice.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will be highly organised, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering outstanding service while contributing to the continued success and growth of the business.

Key responsibilities within the role include:

• Identifying and properly registering applicants, and landlords managing all enquiries


• securing maximum quality viewings


• Undertake accompanied viewings as and when required.


• Handle tenancy paperwork, referencing, and compliance


• Understanding and demonstrating the importance of re-qualifying applicants


• Following up viewings and securing offers


• Pro-actively canvass for new opportunities.


• Manage and maintain your own pipeline of deals


• Mentor and support junior negotiators


• Assist the Lettings Manager where required


• Prospect for new properties and bring on new landlords

• Professional and presentable manner


• IT proficiency, including experience with CRM/property management software


• Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance (desirable)


• Full UK driving licence (if required for the role)
