Hours – Mon – Fri 8.45am – 6.00pm
Are you an experienced property professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring tenancies are managed efficiently from start to finish?
If so, our client would love to speak with you about this fantastic opportunity for a Tenancy Manager to join their well-established office in the heart of Cheshunt. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, and a solid understanding of residential lettings legislation and tenancy management.
As a Tenancy Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of residential tenancies, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to both landlords and tenants.
- Coordinate tenancy progression, including referencing, compliance, tenancy agreements, and move-ins.
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy.
- Liaise with contractors to arrange repairs and maintenance, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Carry out tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and negotiate tenancy extensions where appropriate.
- Ensure all properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation and company procedures.
- Resolve tenancy-related queries and issues professionally, maintaining positive client relationships.
The Individual:
- Previous experience in residential lettings or tenancy/property management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple tenancies.
- Confident problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
