Basic salary - £26,000 - £30,000
Hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
Do not need to drive

Our client is currently seeking a focused, driven, and highly organised Property Manager to join their multi-award-winning independent Estate Agency, with offices covering Loughton and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be proactive, motivated, and able to manage a busy workload with confidence. They will have excellent organisational and communication skills, a strategic and solutions-focused approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, alongside strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, will be key to succeeding in this role.

Duties

• Liaising with tenants and Landlords


• Chasing outstanding works


• Organising Gas / Electrical Safety Certificates / EPC’s


• Organising contractor appointments


• Arranging tenancy extensions / renewals


• Visiting Properties and carrying out inspections


• Reletting properties


• Arranging Inventory / Check in


• Organising Check out / Deposit return / dilapidations


• Deposit dispute administration


• Managing arrears


• Maintenance / Repair management


• Organising contractor appointments

Skills

• Minimum 1 years’ Experience


• Very good attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to deliver the highest standard of customer service


• A Problem solver


• An ability to manage a busy schedule
