Location: Colliers Wood
Salary - £24,000 + Commission (OTE £55,200
5 Day week - Monday to Friday:Â 9am -6.30pm, Every Saturday: 9am -4pm Day off during the week.

Our client is currently searching for a dynamic, results orientated and determined Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a successful team based in Colliers Wood. An independent estate agency, established for over thirty-four years with an excellent local reputation for amazing customer service and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting all aspects of the Sales and lettings department and drive business growth.
- Consistently securing new sales and lettings business in line with monthly targets.
- Responsible for own Sales progression until completion.   Â
- Arrange and carry out property viewings, providing expert advice to prospective buyers and tenants.
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Monitor local property market trends to provide informed advice to clients.
- Always ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales and Lettings within an estate agency.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent knowledge of the Southwest London property market.
