Duties:
- Generating new property listings and instructions from sellers.
- Carrying out property valuations and market appraisals.
- Developing strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Building relationships with vendors, buyers, developers, and investors.
- Identifying new business opportunities and local market trends.
- Managing and motivating negotiators and sales staff.
- Setting sales targets and monitoring performance.
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
- Conducting performance reviews and providing coaching.

- Proven experience in residential property Sales
- Strong track record in listing and winning instructions
- Ability to build and nurture strong business relationships
