Our client is currently looking for a talented, ARLA qualified and experienced Property Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a portfolio of their own. Based in their well-established property management team in North London you will be experienced in Reapit, Goodlord and Flixflo.
As a Senior Property Manager, you will provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants. This role involves strategic planning, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of property management services.

Property Operations:
- Manage the daily operations of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties to ensure efficient performance and tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain properties to a high standard, ensuring they remain safe, well-presented, and fully compliant with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Carry out routine property inspections, identify maintenance or compliance issues, and implement appropriate corrective actions in a timely manner.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Resolve escalated issues and complaints effectively.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on property status and performance.
- Handle complex issues complaints and disputes
Financial Management:
- Oversee rent collection, arrears management, and financial reporting.
- Ensure cost-effective solutions and value for money in property maintenance.
- Produce financial reports for property Owners and senior Leadership
Maintenance and Capital Projects
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
- Manage major repairs, refurbishments, and improvement projects.
- Coordinate contractors and monitor project budgets and timelines.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all properties comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Keep up to date with changes in property laws and regulations.
- Manage risk and ensure health and safety standards are met.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the property management portfolio.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business development.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
