Location: Islington
Salary: Basic £20,000 - OTE £50,000 + Car Allowance
Hours: Mon- Thurs 8.50am – 6.30pm/ Friday 8.50am – 6pm / Sat 10.00am – 4.00pm Every other required
Full Licence and own car required for this role
Our client is the largest estate agency brand in London and one of the fastest growing in England. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join their Islington office, they are looking for a professional, well-presented confident individual to join their growing sales team. Candidates will need to be enthusiastic, energetic, pro- active and personable with a keen interest in property. A good knowledge of the local and surrounding areas helps but is not essential along with a full clean driving licence and own car.
Requirements for the Role
- Identify potential customers and leads
- Organising and attending valuations
- Assist the buyers with finding the right property’s and arrange and conduct effective accompanied viewings.
- Negotiating terms and Co-ordinating sales to completion
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors, and associated estate agents throughout the process.
- Completing necessary paperwork to finalise deals
- Working to financial, individual and team targets to Increase the company turnover
- Maintaining applicant database
- Developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues
Ideal Candidate
- Some previous sales and/or customer service experience
- Be target driven and tenacious
- Be able to work effectively within a team
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Well-presented and personable
