Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 + Com OTE £40,000 - £50,000
Hours: 8am – 4pm or 9am - 5pm

Duties

• Make calls to connect with contacts and generate new business leads


• Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.


• Identify and qualify potential leads and reference your candidates prior to interview


• Interview jobseekers to continuously enhance the database of jobseekers


• Screen and shortlist candidates for their recruiting clients or their own organisation


• Negotiate any agency fees


• Prepare candidates for interviews and assist with on Boarding


• Headhunt by approaching candidates for executive roles and specialist positions


• Utilise social media platforms to source, engage, and build relationships with prospective candidates.


• Advertising vacancies and managing job postings across multiple platforms.


• Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs.

Candidate requirements:

• Ability to build great relationships


• Passionate about driving sales, hitting targets and hungry to succeed


• Driven, ambitious and resilient


• Previous sales experience would be an advantage


• Excellent communication skills


• Confident and professional telephone manner
