Location – Loughton
Basic salary - £30,000
Hours – Monday–Friday 9am–6pm
1 Year + Experience required
Own Car required (Car allowance £150)
Our client is currently searching for a focussed and driven Property Manager to join their multi-award-winning independent Estate Agency, with offices covering Loughton and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will be pro-active, a strategic thinker and be able to work independently and confidently.
Duties
- Liaising with tenants and Landlords
- Chasing outstanding works
- Organising Gas / Electrical Safety Certificates / EPC’s
- Organising contractor appointments
- Arranging tenancy extensions / renewals
- Visiting Properties and carrying out inspections
- Reletting properties
- Arranging Inventory / Check in
- Organising Check out / Deposit return / dilapidations
- Deposit dispute administration
- Reconciliation of incoming rents with client account
- Managing arrears
- Maintenance / Repair management
- Organising contractor appointments
Skills
- 1 years’ + Experience
- Very good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver the highest standard of customer service
- A Problem solver
- An ability to manage a busy schedule
- You will need to have a full UK driving licence
