Our client an independently owned estate agency franchise is seeking a Property Manager with at least a year’s experience to join their branch in Stanmore. If you live locally and able to hit the ground running, you could be the right fit for their friendly and motivated team. Duties:

• Manage all aspects of residential properties in Stanmore and surrounding areas


• Ensure efficient operation of properties including maintenance and tenant communication.


• Conduct property inspections and address any maintenance issues promptly.


• Coordinate with contractors for repairs and renovations.


• Oversee leasing processes from screening potential tenants to lease agreements.


• Uphold property values and ensure tenant satisfaction.


• Implement strategies to maximize property occupancy and rental income.


• Utilize Reapit and Fix Flo software for property management tasks.


• Maintain accurate records through effective data entry and administrative tasks.

Experience:

• Proven experience in property management or related field.


• Proficiency in office operations and administrative tasks.


• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.


• Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance property value.


• Experience using Reapit or similar property management software is a plus.
