Pear Recruitment: Property Manager – Hornsey Rise
Salary: £30,000
Hours : Monday – Friday (Full time will consider part time)
Full driving licence and Own car
My client is currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to work with their team of in Hornsey Rise. You will be meticulous and a problem solver, reliable and hardworking with great communication with experience in AST and block management.
The Responsibilities:
- Managing portfolio of properties and organising maintenance works, liaising with landlords on costs and quotes, to include block management
- Organising contractors and the payment of suppliers
- Negotiating renewals and preparing further paperwork
- Carrying out property inspections
- Logging property records/applicant records, managing and updating software data
- Dealing with terminations and deposit releases
- Preparing and supplying basic landlords’ accounts
- Reporting to manager and director
Skills Required:
- At least one year experience in a similar role
- Advanced IT skills (Words, Excel, MS Outlook)
- Exceptional customer service
- Can problem solve and create solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Full licence and own car
