Client Accountant

Pear Recruitment: Client Accountant – Hornsey
Salary: £15 - £20 Hour depending on experience
Hours: 2 days per week or self employed

My client who has over two decades in the industry is currently looking for an experienced Client accountant to work with their team in Hornsey Rise. The company is built on values of Trust, service and commitments to results. This role will consist of the below

Duties

• Management over the entire rent charges: receiving rent and paying landlords


• Preparing and reporting on yearend accounts and audits


• Supplier ledger reconciliation


• Bank reconciliation


• Activating new tenancies and processing renewals


• Credit control: landlord fees and tenants’ arrears


• Processing deposit returns


• Posting suppliers invoices

Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting rules (especially in Lettings and sales)


• Experience in Bank reconciliation


• Ability to manage client VS office accounts


• Attention to detail


• Property Accounting Software skills


• Communication Skills
