The agency is currently seeking a dedicated Sales Negotiator to join their branch based in Ashford Surrey, this is a rare opportunity to join an established and motivated, long-standing team, if you have a passion for the property market and you have previous experience within this role, please send your CV for consideration
The role will involve:
- Act as a liaison between property owners and potential buyers
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about the properties
- Negotiate sales terms and prepare contracts
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
- Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
- Viewing properties & negotiating offers
- Delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
- A confident valuer/ lister with a strong instruction ratio
- Successful hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Well-presented and excellent communicators
- Have an outgoing, vibrant personality and strong management skills
- Have a strong work ethic
- Have a competitive desire to succeed
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as document preparation and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- The ability to negotiate
- Sound business ethics
- Tenacity and be a self-starter
- The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
