Location – Chigwell
Basic salary - £22,000 OTE £40,000 – £45,000
Commission – 10% personal Commission
Bonus - 5 % on hitting Quarterly personal target
Own Car required (Car allowance £150)
Our client is currently searching for a dynamic, results orientated and determined Sales Negotiator, to join their multi-award-winning independent Estate Agency with offices covering Chigwell and surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively looking to exceed your KPI’s.
- Arrange viewings & converting enquiries.
- Provide feedback to Vendors after each viewing.
- Handle offers and negotiate terms between buyers and sellers to reach agreement
- Liaising with third Parties e.g. solicitors & surveyors to keep the sale moving
- Canvasing and prospecting new business.
- Uploading new properties onto the portals via the CRM
- Delivering incredible Service
- Taking Photos and videos of properties
- Managing your own diary and making sure you are using your time efficiently.

- Proven experience in Sales within an estate agency.
