Salary - £20,000-£25,000, + commission £50,000-£60,000 OTE
Driver & Own car required - Car Allowance £150 per month
Our client, based in West Hampstead, is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly and busy team.
In this role, you will play a key part in the property sales process from start to finish. This is a busy, fast-paced position where you will be working closely with buyers, sellers, and colleagues to ensure property transactions progress smoothly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
- Progressing sales through to completion
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service
- Keeping accurate records and updating internal systems
Requirements:
- Previous experience in estate agency or property sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Excellent organisational skills
- UK driving Licence and own car essential
