Salary - £18,000-£25,000, OTE £40,000-£50,000
Hours: 5-day week – Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 6pm, Friday 8:30am – 5pm, Saturday 8:45 – 5pm (day off in Lieu when working Saturday)
Full UK licence & own car required – Car Allowance
Our client, an independent estate agency with over 20 years’ experience, is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team based in Stoneleigh
You will play a key role in managing the sales process from start to finish. This is a busy, fast-paced position where you will liaise with buyers, sellers, and colleagues to ensure property transactions progress smoothly and successfully. Strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills will be essential in delivering a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert guidance to prospective buyers and tenants
- Managing negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Carrying out property valuations and advising on pricing strategies
- Overseeing the full marketing process, ensuring properties are presented effectively
- Coordinating with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other parties to progress transactions smoothly
- Managing transactions from offer agreed through to completion
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the local property market to provide accurate and informed advice
About You:
- Experience in estate agency sales
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused attitude
- Knowledge of the Rickmansworth area and local property market is advantageous
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
- A car owner with a full UK driving licence
