Salary – £27,000-£30,000 (depending on experience)
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am–6pm
Our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Co-ordinator to join their branch in the heart of Loughton. You’ll be working from a contemporary, friendly office within a well-respected agency known for its excellent reputation and strong local market knowledge.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a lettings co-ordinator role and be confident in managing a file from start to finish. Strong organisational skills, motivation, and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.
Your responsibilities:
- Referencing tenants
- Carrying out compliance checks
- Dealing with landlord and tenant queries
- Preparing Legal documents
- Taking a file from offer to move in
- Updating the database
- Renewals
- Chasing Arrears
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in a similar position
- Show attention to detail.
- Highly organised, confident and efficient
- Self-motivated, able to work independently but also as part of a team.
- Be a clear communicator, with strong client-facing skills and excellent telephone skills
