Sales Negotiator – Crouch End
Salary - £20,000 - £25,000 + commission, OTE - £40,000-£50,000
5-day week - Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9:30ama – 4pm (5 day week)
Driver and own car required – Car allowance
Our well-established and highly regarded client, based in North London, is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their successful branch in Crouch End. The company prides itself on hard work, client attraction, and maintaining an excellent attitude across all aspects of a busy estate agency. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience within estate agency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform market appraisals and take on instructions.
- Create new ideas for canvassing and marketing.
- Handling calls and email enquiries to company standards.
- Productive diary & time management
- Dealing with customer enquiries effectively.
- Agreeing deals and ensuring monthly KPIs and banking’s are consistently hit.
- Regular Vendor care and obtaining price reductions.
- Passing business to the mortgage broker & panel solicitors
- Qualifying offers and negotiating deals
- Prospecting & canvassing to generate valuations and build vendor database.
- Ensure focus on own development, progression and increasing industry knowledge.
