Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Pear Recruitment – Sales & Lettings Negotiator/Valuer – Surrey Quays

Salary - £25,000, + Commission (OTE £40,000 - £45,000) + Car Allowance and Fuel Card

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm, Friday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (on rotation)

Full license and own car required.

Our client a well-established and respected estate agency known for their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction based in the Surrey Quays area is seeking a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to bring their expertise and enthusiasm to a friendly and supportive team where hard work is recognised and rewarded.

The position involves a variety of responsibilities, including valuing properties, managing sales and lettings, and providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting property valuations with accuracy and professionalism
- Managing the sales and lettings process from start to finish
- Negotiating offers and ensuring smooth transactions
- Providing outstanding customer service to clients
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends and changes in legislation

To excel in this role, the following skills and experience are essential:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the property sector
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive and motivated approach to work
- Knowledge of the Surrey Quays area is advantageous
