Salary £25,000 - £27,000, Plus Commission (OTE £50,000) & Car Allowance
Driver’s licence and own car required
Our client is a Multi Award Winning Independent Estate Agent with contemporary offices covering North London, boasting an extensive trophy cabinet including Gold Winners for London Estate Agency of the Year and an unrivalled culture for their staff to thrive, they consider themselves to be amongst the best in the industry. Key Responsibilities
- Conducting accurate property valuations and winning new instructions.
- Managing the lettings process from listing to completion.
- Negotiating offers and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants.
- Conducting viewings and providing professional advice to potential tenants.
- Prospecting for new business opportunities through various methods.
- Collaborating with the wider team to achieve and exceed lettings targets.
- Staying updated with local property market trends and competitor activities.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in property valuations and residential lettings.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the local property market
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target driven.
- Ability to generate new business and close deals effectively.
- Full UK driving licence
- Proficiency in using property software
