Salary – £24,000 - £27,000 (Depending on Experience) Plus commission £30,000 +
Working Hours - Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:30pm, Saturday 9am-2:30pm - one in four
Driver & Own Car required
Our client, based in Amersham is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their award-winning property agency. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing lettings processes, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth property transactions. Duties
- Lead negotiations between landlords and prospective tenants to secure tenancy agreements
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients
- Manage the entire lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy signing
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Prepare and review tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Advertise available properties through various channels to attract suitable tenants
- Provide advice on market conditions, rental values, and legal obligations
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions using our CRM
- Assist in marketing campaigns to promote the agency’s lettings portfolio
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience within a lettings or property environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Knowledge of current legislation related to residential lettings and tenancy agreements
- Professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- UK driving licence and own car required
