Salary - £20,000-£23,000, OTE £40,000 + Car allowance
Our client, one of North London’s longest established independently owned estate agencies is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join them in their busy branch based in East Finchley. Offering a fantastic commission structure. You will be required to promote the client in a positive way, be responsive and proactive in your daily tasks.

The role involves:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships and consistently providing exceptional client service.
- Identifying key requirements and matching these to the property portfolio.
- A polite and confident telephone manner, describing properties in detail.
- Good time management
- Provide consistent feedback.
- Achieve targets.
- Attend property viewings with prospective buyers.
