Our client is looking for a Lettings Negotiator with a fantastic personality to join a busy team in the great location of Cheam.
This is a great opportunity to showcase your amazing negotiation skills and further your career with a leading Estate Agency. As a Lettings Negotiator you will have all the usual responsibilities including regular communication with Landlords & Tenants, negotiating offers, and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.

Requirements for this role:
- Minimum 9 months experience in Lettings
- Arranging and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
- Negotiating offers
- Full UK driving licence.
- Motivated attitude
- Building relationships with Landlords & Tenants
- Excellent communicator
- Great organisation skills
