Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of properties
- Liaising with tenants and landlords to address and resolve issues
- Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Coordinating maintenance and repair work
- Managing tenancy agreements and renewals
Skills and Experience Required:
- A minimum of 2 years + of experience in property management or Lettings Progression
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- The capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A genuine passion for property and a keen interest in the real estate market
