Property Manager - Wanstead

Monday to Friday 9am -5pm

Salary: £27,000 + Company car or £180 car allowance

Our client is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their award-winning estate agency to work with their team based in Wanstead. Established since 1991 with highly qualified staff providing a bespoke service to each client. With a Portfolio of around 250+ properties this role requires a well organised and motivated individual who is efficient with fantastic customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Property Inspections


• Dealing with deposit disputes


• Repair requests – liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors


• Use of CFP preferable but not essential  

 Skills and experience:

• Relevant property management experience


• Experience in a similar role.


• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.


• Excellent customer service and telephone manner


• Ambitious and motivated


• Customer focused.
