Salary - £20,000 – £21,000, OTE £40,000 – Car Allowance
Our client is a well-established estate agency with a strong team who pride themselves on having a healthy mix of new ideas and traditional values. They are looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 3 months experience to join their team.
The main purpose of the role is to maximise the overall income and profitability of the branch instructions in both sales and lettings. You will be expected to be pro-active when booking appointments and to grow the property register in sales and rental through canvassing in different formats and avenues, develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations by way of high customer service levels. You will be expected to carry out general office duties on top of what may benefit you directly and to reach good levels of sales and Lettings at the same time, this will also include valuations, creating details, securing new business, building lasting business relationships to achieve even greater success.

The Individual
- Conducting viewings and letting properties
- Carry out Valuations and list new properties
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
- Providing applicants, Tenants, Vendors and landlords with regular feedback
- The ability to engage and work well within a successful team.
- A full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
