We are working with our Pinner based client who are looking for an ambitious individual with an interest in property to join the team as a Junior Negotiator. You may have some experience within a similar role looking to join a dynamic company with whom you can carve your career with, or completely new to property but a head for sales and determination to succeed. Your role will involve:
To identify & follow up on new leads.
Carrying out viewings at various properties
Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
Helping build up the brand by continually creating new business.
About you:
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
Head for Sales
Target Driven.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills
Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service.
Full clean UK driving licence & own vehicle.
