Salary £20,000 + Commission – OTE £35,000 +
Full UK Licence and Car required (Petrol allowance)5-day week – Monday – Thursday 9-6:30 Friday – 9am-6pm
Saturday 10am – 5pm day off during the week.

Our client, based in East Ham, is looking for a Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and expanding team.

They are a dynamic and well-established independent estate agency specialising in Residential Sales and Lettings. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are now seeking an ambitious, motivated, and enthusiastic individual who is looking to build a successful career within the property industry.

The successful applicant will possess excellent communication and sales skills, be articulate, professional, and well presented, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience, develop their knowledge of the property market, and progress within a supportive and forward-thinking company that values hard work and career development.

Main Duties:

• Work as part of a team in a competitive environment.


• Qualifying & responding to all leads.


• Arrange & manage viewings by telephone.


• Handle negotiations and offers between landlord and tenant.


• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback 


• Achieve monthly targets.


• Handle queries and consistently update database relating to the whole property process.


• Update window details, mail outs, targeted letter drops to key areas.

In addition to a passion for property and people, the successful applicant must have a:

• Strong work ethic and ability to work without supervision.


• Confident telephone manner and computer literate.


• Ability to negotiate, problem solve, handle multiple tasks efficiently.


• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.


• Full UK driving licence.
