Pear is looking for a switched-on marketing savvy Commercial Negotiator to join a well-established company. For this role you will work alongside the line manager to ensure all necessary tasks relating to marketing of any given property, including attending viewings, marketing meetings internally or externally.
You will have the support of a department administrator and will ensure that any lettings and sales particulars are approved as well as any advertising and promotional requirements including managing social media and online advertising.
Based in Enfield we are looking for a Negotiator who has between 2-5 years commercial experience.
Your Skill set:
Excellent organiser able to meet tight deadlines
Confident using all Social Media Outlets
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Website analysis
Responsive, constructive, and flexible attitude towards your work
Literate and Numerate
Ability to work with minimum supervision and be capable with prioritising workloads.
Confident and courteous manner, both in person and on the telephone
A real commitment to client care
Conscientious with a positive attitude
