our clients East Finchley Office. This is a wonderful company to join, they are an award-winning, independent family-run estate agent in North London and North West London. The company is well respected within their area and the industry. Candidates need to have great drive and ambition to succeed in a role where you will be working in a competitive environment continuously looking to attract new tenants to the business.
Duties including:
Responding to leads
Taking on new instructions
Valuing property for landlords
Handling the negotiation and offers between the landlord and tenant
Compiling property descriptions to load to our website.
Showing property with potential tenants
Answering general queries from landlords and tenants
Coordination of agreements, tenancy and legal paperwork.
Moving In process for tenants
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Consistently looking for new ways and ideas to improve service levels.
Candidate Requirements:
Full clean manual driving licence.
Good spoken and written English
Flexibility.
Good computer and keyboard skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service.
