Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Muswell Hill
£16,000 - £18,000 + Com OTE £25,000
Hours of work Monday -Thursday 9am -7pm Fri -6pm Saturday 9.30-4pm (half day off in the week)
Our client is one of North London’s longest-established independently owned estate agencies, and they are looking for Junior negotiator to join the team at their East Finchley office. You will be confident, responsible, well presented and highly motivated.
Duties will include:
Arranging viewings
Booking valuations
Following up viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to our sellers
Chasing, progressing, and negotiating offers through to completion
Undertaking tasks as directed by your line manager
