Basic Salary + Commission
Working hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday – 1 in 3 Saturday 9.30am to 4pm.
Upper street in the heart of Islington is a wonderful place to spend your days, a real mix of crazy London life but with a bustling village atmosphere, beautiful restaurants, cafes and artisan bakeries our clients office is a great base, we would love you to know this and the wider area they cover from Smithfield to kings Cross, up to Highbury Corner and across to Kingsland Road, it is almost certain you will be dealing with a wide range of properties in these areas.
Either a graduate looking to start your career or a lettings negotiator with some experience, to land this role will mean you will get to spend your days doing what you love and in turn thrive to over achieve on a daily basis.
Your responsibilities:
Registering applicants details & requirements using our clients property software and keep in regular contact with them
Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants
Answer telephone and email enquiries
Monitor and maintain up to date property availability
Register new tenancies.
Update and maintain files ensuring that our terms of business, tenancy agreements etc are present and correct.
