Our client is looking for a Sales Negotiator that has experience in selling residential property and that has an understanding of the property market. You must have drive and enthusiasm and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients is a key part of the Sales Negotiators role.
Other duties to include:
· Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
· Maintaining applicant database
· Negotiating offers
· Co-ordinating sales to completion
· Conduct effective accompanied viewings
You must be well spoken, have experience in property sales and have immaculate presentation. You must be able to communicate at all levels. It is important that you are a self starter and can generate business without constant management.
