Our client based in Enfield is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team.
They are looking for a proactive negotiator who is great at winning new business and confident enough to help build a successful lettings team.
Key Responsibilities:
Winning new business
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential
Full UK driving licence.
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
