Basic salary: £20,000 OTE £45,000 plus Car Allowance
Working hours, Saturday rota: 5 day week, Saturdays, potentially one in 3 off,
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Assistant Sales Manager to take the next step in their career and join their established and highly successful Estate agency.
The ideal candidate must:
Have a stable career history within estate agency
Be confident valuers/ listers, with a strong instruction ratio
Be confident hitting and exceeding sales targets
Be well presented and excellent communicators
Have an outgoing, vibrant personality and strong man management skills
Have a strong work ethic
Have a competitive desire to succeed
Daily Tasks:
Ensure targets are being met
Monitor stock list to ensure all photos, floor plans, descriptions, prices etc are up to date and show the property at its best (and legally correct)
Proactively providing feedback and market commentary to vendors to secure price reductions where required
Report figures to Area Manager on a weekly basis
Proactively solicit new business by various means i.e. maildrop, porters, canvassing etc
Manage office diary to ensure adequate sales cover at all times
