Salary – Basic £29,500, OTE £68,400
Car allowance/Company car
Hours - 5-day week – Monday to Thursday 9am – 6:30pm, Friday 9am – 6pm
Every Saturday 9am – 4pm with fixed day off in the week

Our client is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to play a key role in driving sales performance and support the Branch Manager.
Candidates should present themselves with professionalism and have experience within the property industry, embodying the company's commitment to exceptional customer service. 
An independently owned agency with a 35-year legacy, offers professional services across Lettings, Property Management, and Residential Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Branch Manager with valuations, vendor care, and marketing initiatives.


• Manage your own sales pipeline from offer through to exchange and completion.


• Deliver exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers at every stage.


• Achieve individual and branch sales targets.


• Contribute to maintaining our client’s excellent reputation and strong local presence.

About You:

• Proven track record in property sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Strong understanding of the sales and conveyancing process.


• A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for property and people.


• Full UK driving licence.
