Our client based in prestigious office in Southgate is looking for a trainee negotiator to join their dynamic team. They have a fairly large team and you will also be working closely with the Company directors, giving you an excellent insight into the industry.
The have a great business ethic working closely with their clients and this has worked very well for them for over ten years. The foundation of the business is built on recommendation and reputation.
Essential Skills:
Basic to mid-level Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Full and clean UK driving licence (manual car and not just automatic)
Confidence
Self motivation
Excellent customer service
Professional with good communication skills
Experience is not essential, however the following skills will be beneficial:
Good local area knowledge
An understanding of tenancy laws
