Basic Salary £16,000 - £18,000 plus commission up to £28k in the first year.
We have a fantastic opportunity, selling luxury property throughout Zone One and beyond. You will be based in Westminster. Our client is continual developing to stay at the forefront of the property industry.
The focus of this role is on achieving results. Initiative, coupled with a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on the results despite changing conditions, is the key to achieving the performance objectives of this role. The role requires getting things done quickly and handling a variety of activities. Because the pace of work is faster than average, the ability to learn quickly and thoroughly while continually recognising and adapting to change is critical.
Your role is all about relationships. You will be working with one or two of our top earning brokers responsible for building relationships with high profile and high net worth applicants on their behalf. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to establish themselves within the exciting and rewarding central London market and move towards being a broker themselves.
The role will include the following:
Working as part of the Sales team supporting the Property Brokers
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective buyers
Generating & booking viewing appointments
Generating & booking valuation appointments
Dealing with incoming enquiries
Arranging Open House viewings
Attending Open House viewings
Requirements:
A proven track record within a demanding sales or customer service role
A sense of urgency for goal achievement
An interest in people
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Confident and enthusiastic communication style
Self-starting with the desire to succeed

First year earnings expectations for this role are up to £28,000. Fully trained Brokers can go on to earn in excess of £100,000 per annum so you will have the opportunity to earn a significant salary if you chose to develop along that career path. Along with this, other benefits include:
