Our client is seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their successful office in Enfield Highway. This is a great opportunity for a confident, responsible individual looking to start a career in property.
You must be a driver with your own car.
Duties to include:
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
Maintaining applicant database
Negotiating offers
Co-ordinating sales to completion
Conduct effective accompanied viewings
