A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join a successful Estate Agency in East Finchley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and progress within an independent Estate Agents.
The Assistant Sales Manager will be expected to help the Manager with responsibility for the success of the office by leading and motivating the team to achieve set targets and objectives within agreed time frames. Therefore the successful candidate should have previous experience within a successful agency.
To be considered:
Experience in valuations and listing
Conducting viewings
Dealing with Offers and Sales Progression
Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual targets
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
