Our client has been letting and managing rental properties in the North London area for over fifteen years with offices in Crouch End, Southgate and a new office opening soon. Due to consistent growth they are looking for junior lettings negotiator. This is a wonderful opportunity for an ambitious individual to begin a career in Estate Agency. They offer exceptional career progression and development within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential
Full UK driving licence.
