Location: Hackney
Salary: Basic £22,500 OTE £60,000- £70,000
Full UK Licence and own Car required 

Our client one of the fastest growing estate agency brands in London is looking for an Associate Sales Negotiator/ Valuer to join their branch in Hackney in a popular, busy high street. You will be working with their motivated sales team. If you are efficient, have the drive to succeed and you are currently looking for a new challenge, then this is a great opportunity not to be missed.  

Requirements for the Role

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service.


• Identify key requirements and match these to our property portfolio.


• Carry out accurate property valuations, Considering market trends, comparable evidence, and property condition.


• Inspect residential properties and prepare detailed valuation reports.


• Provide clients with expert advice on pricing strategies to achieve the best possible outcome.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and current legislation.


• Generate new valuation opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development activities.


• Polite and confident telephone manner, describing properties in detail.


• Good time management.


• Provide consistent feedback.


• Attend property viewings with prospective buyers.


• Oversea Sale Through to completion


• Achieve own and meet team targets.

Ideal Candidate

• previous sales and estate agency experience


• Be target driven and tenacious.


• Be able to work effectively within a team.


• Good organisational and communication skills


• Well-presented and personable
