Our client in Luton is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their thriving branch. This is a chance to become part of a dynamic, well-established team where your contributions will be valued and recognised.

The role involves engaging with potential buyers and sellers, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. Your ability to build and maintain relationships will be crucial, as will your knack for closing deals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with the local property market in Luton will be advantageous, but a willingness to learn and adapt is equally important.
About the role:
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting, referrals, repeat business, and effective networking.
- Register and qualify prospective buyers, matching their requirements with suitable properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct professional property viewings, offering expert guidance and support throughout the sales journey.
- Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for both vendors and purchasers.
- Manage sales progression from offer acceptance through to exchange and completion, proactively liaising with all parties to ensure a smooth transaction.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the local property market, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and branch sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Support, coach, and mentor junior negotiators where appropriate, leading by example and contributing to a high-performing team culture.

- Able to demonstrate good customer service skills.
- Work as part of a team
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to winning new business.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Positive, organised and reliable
- Full UK driver’s licences & use of own vehicle
