Location: Holloway & Finchley
Salary: Basic £25,000 – £26,000 + OTE £45,000 £50,000 + Car/Allowance 

Our client is looking to appoint a driven and motivated Sales Negotiator who has proven success in Residential Sales to join their team at their branches based in Holloway and Finchley, North London. An individual who is immaculate in presentation with excellent customer service skills will fit in well to this role. A great communicator with outstanding time management is just what our client looking for.

The role will involve:

• Identify potential customers and leads


• Qualifying potential buyers


• Drive a high level of business through the company.


• Identifying customer needs and matching them to suitable properties


• Viewing properties & negotiating offers


• Liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers


• Working to financial, individual and team targets to Increase the company turnover


• Maintaining applicant database


• Developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues


• Delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets


• The ability to negotiate.


• Sound business ethics


• Tenacity and be a self-starter.


• The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
