Our client, founded in 2014, is seeking a Junior Property Manager to join their growing and dynamic team.

They are a premium, independent estate agency based in Enfield and Palmers Green, combining strong local expertise with modern technology to guide clients seamlessly through the process of selling, buying, and letting property. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated and growing portfolio of properties, where you will be overseeing the full property management cycle, from Landlord and property onboarding, maintenance coordination inspections, tenancy renewals, check outs and financial reporting across the portfolio. 

This role would suit an organised, proactive individual looking to develop their career within property management, working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding new properties and preparing them to be successfully managed


• Managing maintenance requests in line with our defined response times


• Procuring, reviewing and liaising with external contractors to ensure the needs of the portfolio and our clients are met


• Organising property inspections, and essential property visits for gas safety and energy performance certificates and Electrical condition reports, with tenants, team members and third-party contractors


• Maintaining accurate records and updating files


• Overseeing property maintenance jobs, approving and uploading invoices


• Maintaining immaculate records and notes and reporting on performance
